Marketing the property
Our professional team will offer the property for Rent or Sale if we authorized by Landlord,

Inventory list
We take care of your furniture
For furnished properties Alternative Real Estate draw detailed inventory list.  Fair wear and tear excepted. Hence the Tenant undertakes to pay all costs of furniture repairs arising from his misuse or willful damage.

Contract
Our company prepares the contract in English for the foreigners and Arabic contract for locals and the Landlord singes it, or our company will sign if the landlord authorized us and also we singe it from the Tenant.

We take care of your property
On behalf of the Landlord we take care of small repairs to keep your property in good condition and to help the Tenant if the Landlord living out of the country.

BILLS
To make sure that all (Water, Tel, Electric) bills paid on time every month we collect all bills and we pay it on behalf of the landlord.

Payment of rent
If the landlords authorize us we collect the rent on behalf of them. And transfer the rent money to their Bank accounts.

Also we take care of:
